exploring la paz made easy from this wonderful hotel

I loved that the hotel had very clean and comfy rooms and that it was just a short walk, about 500 meters, to the Museum of Natural History where I spent a lovely afternoon soaking in Bolivia's natural wonders.

Progressively worse stays!!! Lack of bottled water and toiletries upon arrival was disappointing. Room service orders consistently messed up. Room sizes vary too aggressively within the same category, leaving a frustrating impression.

The hotel provided a great experience with

spacious and clean rooms that made our stay comfortable. The staff were exceptional, always eager to assist. However, I wish the breakfast options were a bit more varied, as it felt somewhat limited for such a nice hotel.

This was just an optimal selection for a relaxing holiday in La Paz with real value for money. Mario at the restaurant really made our lunch special by remembering everyone's favorite dishes, which was impressive. Make sure to try the risotto. it’s exceptional!

The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, providing a peaceful retreat from the city's chaos. The family room was spacious and comfortable, accommodating our needs perfectly. The dining experience at Restaurante Yerba Buena was exceptional with a great selection of dishes, and the staff were very attentive.

Room size was disappointing while amenities offered a nice touch.

The restaurant offers a magnificent variety, with smoked salmon standing out among the dishes we enjoyed. Service was exceptional, particularly with the staff who were attentive without being intrusive. The spacious family room provided plenty of comfort, though the distance from downtown may be a consideration for some guests. The pool and spa area are perfect for relaxation after a long day.

The warm atmosphere created by the beautiful potted plants and elegant decor made my stay feel cozy and welcoming. The ample space in the common areas was perfect for easy movement, which I appreciated as a senior lady.

More variety in breakfast options would be great.

It wasn’t exactly bargain basement pricing but honestly, worth it.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the hotel's great location made it easy to explore the area and enjoy the nearby attractions, along with convenient transportation options such as taxis and Uber.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Oh, the culinary journey at Casa Grande was a delight! We dined at Restaurante Yerba Buena, where the dishes were on point—think locally sourced flavors whisked together to create a fiesta for your taste buds. The pool was also a gem—heated for year-round splashes! Plus, the spa offered some solid relaxation vibes, making it hard to leave.

Now, on the flip side, our first stay was top-notch, but things went downhill from there. It's a bummer when they've got your details and still drop the ball long on bottled water and toiletries—definitely felt like they were slipping. And while I loved the hotel, the room ended up being smaller than expected, which kept it from feeling truly luxurious.
